Student Visa Procedure Complete the application form and send to International Department of New Zealand Institute of Education(see application form for address) An Offer of Place will be issued and sent to you if you meet entry requirements Send tuition fees as shown in the Offer of Place. A receipt will be issued after fees are paid NB: Students from Mainland China and India must apply for their Student Visa and gain approval in principle before sending fees to the Institute. Application for a Student Visa Take the following to your nearest New Zealand Immigration Service office. (Contact your New Zealand Embassy or High Commission for details.) Passport Offer of Place Receipt for payment of tuition fees (except Chinese and Indian students) Accommodation Guarantee Any other documentation required by your country You must allow sufficient time for your local NZIS office to process your application. In some cases, this can take a considerable amount of time. All applicants will be advised of the outcome of their application.
